* Indian Entrants can make a payment using: NEFT/IMPS/Cash in hand. * All the transaction receipt should be share to the email id: fotosociety.llps@gmail.com. * In case the participant fails to share the transaction receipt by email to the above-mentioned email id before judging date then his/her image won’t be judged and participation fees will stand forfeited. * In-case of group participation the group admin has to share the participants’ list before the closing date in the email id: fotosociety.llps@gmail.com * The works of the authors who do not make any payment or make partial payment of entry fees will not be taken into consideration for judging. * Entry Fee refund will not be issued to the entrants, once the images are judged or after the closing date of exhibition. * If any participant shares transaction receipt after judging or result publication, it will be nullified and participant cannot claim his/her participation fees in any way.
